Lower Limb Biomechanics
The lower limb biomechanics assessment uses the NAS technique to treat lower limb postural conditions. Orthotic therapy is part of this treatment regime for the following conditions:Orthopaedic conditions such as:
- gross pronation of the feet
- In toeing
- out toeing
- Plantar fasciitis
- Achilles tendonitis
- Patella maltracking
- Osgood Schlatters
- Severs disease
- metatarsalgia
- Severs disease
Presentations such as:
- Postural imbalances
- Clumsiness
- Developmental Delay
- Low muscle tone
- Neurological disability such as cerebral palsy or acquired brain injury, or a
- Mobility and Physical issue due to a syndrome

Paediatric Physiotherapy Centre provides assessment, treatment and programs to any child aged from the newborn to young adults. Your child may have problems which are Orthopaedic, Neurological, Cardiothoracic in nature or for the Newborn.Newborn Conditions:
- Plagiocephaly
- Stiff and tight neck posture
- Congenital torticollis
- Positional Talipes
- brachial plexus palsy or Erb’s palsy.
- gross motor delay
- poor head control
- tummy time positioning
